FMS Website & Client Online Secure Portal

Website Redesign:

FMS is currently redesigning its website, which is expected to go live in the coming months.

New Client Portal:

FMS also plans to launch a new client portal in the coming months. The new portal will offer a more user-friendly experience and allow clients to:

  • access their personal service charge accounts
  • pay their service charge demands online
  • access previous service charge related demands / information.
  • access property budgets and financial information
  • access insurance documentation
  • access general meeting related information
  • access property inspection reports / risk assessments / fire safety documentation.
  • Access maintenance schedules
  • Access important information relating to your property
  • and much, much more.

As part of this transition, FMS will no longer accept new requests for access to the current portal. However, clients who already have accounts may continue to use it to view their property information until further notice. 


As the new client portal is rolled out, client by client, house owners & leaseholders will be informed automatically.
